I brought my 2011 Hyundai Azera to Franconia Service Center when it began running roughly. Marvin and Jeff took control of the situation and encountered unexpected issues associated with repairing it. They stood by their word all along the way and have now completely repaired it and provided me with a much-improved car. I could not have asked for better service from them. My thanks to both of them and the completely reliable service I received.
We have two cars the 2019 Lincoln was making engine noise their recommendation was to see if we still have a warranty and by a few thousand miles we had a warranty. Our engine needed replacing just like they said. We are so very grateful to have such honest mechanics we can trust and rely on
