Excellent service! Everyone is so helpful and kind and I really appreciate the fabulous attention to detail and service .
We were very pleased. Our car broke down at 4:00 Friday and AAA towed us to Franconia Service Center. They were open until 7:00 and diagnosed the problem. They fixed it on Saturday. We couldn't pick it up then but were able to do so on Sunday and leave for home on schedule. "Service" truly is their middle name.

Customers don't waste their time by stying on line to get service, because the line is go so fast. Associates are so nice when they help their customers.
