Overall I am satisfied with my serviced.It takes along time though even with an appt.I have to wait just like at a dealership.I cannot leave my vehicle to have someone to pick me up.They are very busy I under stand.Its close to my home.
They took care of the oil change just fine.
The inspector was 30 minutes late. I arrived at 7:50 AM. The inspection went well and my coupon was accepted. Except for the inspector being late, I had no problems with the service. I was told there was no one else available to inspect cars. I think there should be two people certified to prevent what happened to me.
