Marvin is a great manager. The mechanics are proficient, effective, and fast. They tell you what needs to be done, take it or leave. Reasonable prices. Compared with other competitors or dealership services that ALWAYS try to rip you off, I wish I've known this place earlier.
I had two great experiences at this Liberty. Jeff as always, very friendly & knowledgeable. He tells you what’s wrong with your car exactly &?cost upfront so there are surprises. Plus cost is so affordable compared to other places I’ve been to for the last 20 years! I highly recommend their services.
There was a leak. After accepting the cost of diagnostics, cleaning, dye testing, flushing and rechecking, when I finally drove my car home, I have to say it was worth it. My VW is driving much smoother than before. Franconia Service Center Liberty not only made sure my car got the best care but also they took the time to explain to me technical items and broke down all required maintenance my car needed.
