We just had our tires rotated at another location and they said nothing but during our safety inspection at Franconia service center our tires were found to be showing the wires and worn through dangerously! They got our car up and running safely in no time! I trust them.
Upon failing the VA state inspection, the technicians here immediately requested new parts, installed them, and returned the vehicle to me in prestige condition within a few hours. I was very impressed with how professional, supportive, and efficient everyone was at this station. Definitely recommend that you refer to them for all repairs.
